DroneCam Solutions were asked to film the lifting of heavy equipment at a fulfilment centre during its construction in Wynyard, North East England. 

In a nationwide first for the main contractor, instead of using cranes to lift the air conditioning units into their positions on the roof, they were utilising the services of a specialist helicopter company to do the leg work. The purpose for the filming was to document the visit as an example of the efficiency with the potential for it to be rolled out on other projects.

DroneCam Solutions Ltd provided both ground filming and drone footage for the event which took place in summer 2022. There was some extensive planning involved for the project due to the nature of the work that was to be filmed as well as the method of filming. Using drone footage of a helicopter in flight meant that sharing of flight routes were paramount prior to filming commencing.
